Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be notified in writing, no later than 7 days prior to course commencement date.

A cancellation fee of 50.00 per delegate will be levied.

Where cancellations are made within 7 days of the course commencement date, the full fee will be charged, although substitute delegates are welcome.

No refunds are available.


Additional Charges:

A surcharge of 2% will be applied to all payments made over the phone by credit card, no surcharge applies to payments made by debit card. Payments may also be sent directly to our bank account details of which appear on your invoice.

Payments made via PayPal will incurr an additional charge of 2%

Invoices are due in full 30 days from date of Invoice.
