The majority of businesses use payroll software to quickly and effectively process payroll. Desktop computers, laptops and wireless devices are used to create, process, manage and communicate payroll information. What do you do when your payroll system stops working and your employees need to be paid? The impact of data loss or corruption from human error, hacking or the failure of software/hardware can be detrimental to any business.

Instead of panicking or advising employees that they will have to wait to get paid, all employers should have a robust disaster recovery plan to implement should this unforeseeable event happen. Once implemented business can continue as normal!
